2tbChopped fresh cilantro
2tbRed wine/cider vinegar
2tsChopped fresh hot green
  Chili OR
1/4tsCrushed red pepper
1tsHoney
1/2tsSalt

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
